2️⃣ You pay an advance payment as agreed – this is a confirmation of your serious intentions and our guarantee of car reservation.
3️⃣ We purchase the car in your name and provide a full package of confirmations: photos, videos, documents.
4️⃣ The car is loaded onto a car carrier and delivered to the port – you receive a photo report of the loaded car.
5️⃣ At the port, we load it into a container – you receive a photo report of your loaded car.
6️⃣ We issue and send you transport documents in your name and provide a link for online tracking of the car on the website of the transport company.
7️⃣ You pay the rest of the money for the car within 24 hours.
8️⃣After arriving in your country, you pick up the car from the transport company.

Step-by-step procedure for ordering a car from an auction:
1. Selecting a car: Select the car you are interested in on our website.
2. Checking availability: Ask the manager to confirm the availability of the car.
3. Documents for registration: Provide copies of your documents (civil passport and proof of residential address) required to register the purchase in your name.
4. Making an appointment: We will agree on a free time for you to meet in our office to sign the contract.
5. Signing the contract and payment: In the office, you sign the contract and make full payment, including the cost of the car, delivery, customs clearance and auction fees.
6. Purchasing the car in your name: Within 2-3 business days after receiving the signed contract, we will buy the car at the dealer auction in your name. You will be provided with a full report with photos, videos, a condition report, documents in your name.
7. Shipment Confirmation: We will send you photos of the loaded car, shipping documents in your name and tracking number of the shipping company.
8. Pick up the car: Pick up the car from the designated shipping company after delivery.
9. Your new car: Congratulations! You become the owner of a quality car from the European Auction with a guarantee.
