1. Remote signing of a contract with a fixed advance payment
Step-by-step process of ordering a car:
1. Selecting a car: Select the car you are interested in on the website.
2. Checking availability: Contact our managers in WhatsApp/Telegram to confirm the availability of the car.
3. Registration of documents: Provide copies of your documents for purchasing a car in your name (civil passport and proof of residential address).
4. Proof of solvency:
To reserve a car and confirm the seriousness of intentions, the client makes an advance payment of 10% of the cost.
This payment is part of the total amount and is deducted from the final calculation after the car is sent.
5. Preparing the contract: We will send you a contract including the purchase, delivery and customs clearance of the car in your name, taking into account all the conditions, terms and cost.
6. Signing the contract: Please print and sign the contract within 48 hours.
7. Handing over the signed contract: Send us a copy of your signed contract via WhatsApp/Telegram or E-mail to confirm the start of the transaction.
8. Buying the car in your name: Within 2-3 business days after receiving the signed contract, we buy the car in your name. You will be provided with a full report with photos, videos, a condition report, documents of your ownership.
9. Preparing for transportation: The car is delivered to the transport company, where we arrange for its shipment by plane, ship or car carrier.
10. Confirmation of shipment: We will send you photos of the loaded car, shipping documents in your name, the tracking number on the website of the transport company.
11. Paying the invoice for the car: Within 48 hours after confirming the shipment, you need to pay the invoice for the car and provide us with proof of payment in the form of a bank receipt.
12. Pick up the car: When the car arrives in your country, you can pick it up from the transport company indicated in the documents.
13. Your new car: Congratulations! You become the owner of a quality car from the Europe Auction.

3. Documents for registration: Provide copies of your documents (civil passport and proof of residential address) to register the purchase in your name.
4. Time reservation for a meeting – €1,500
To arrange a personal meeting at our office, you must make a reservation payment of €1,500. This amount confirms your seriousness of intentions and allows us to allocate individual time for you, prepare the necessary documents and reserve the car.
Important: The amount is included in the total cost of the car and is taken into account in the final calculation.
5. Appointment: After making a reservation, we will agree on a convenient time for a meeting at the office.
6. Signing the contract and full payment: At the office, you sign the contract and make 100% payment, including:
The cost of the car, delivery, customs clearance, auction fees.
7. Purchase of the car in your name: Within 2-3 business days after signing the contract, we purchase the car at auction. You are provided with:
Photo report, video of the car, documents in your name, a full report on the condition of the car.
8. Confirmation of shipment:
We send you:
Photo of the loaded car,
Transport documents,
Tracking number in the transport company.
9. Receiving the car: Pick up the car from the specified transport company after its arrival.
10.Your new car: Congratulations! You have become the owner of a quality car from the Europe Auction.

7. Shipment Confirmation: We will send you photos of the loaded car, shipping documents in your name and tracking number of the shipping company.
8. Pick up the car: Pick up the car from the designated shipping company after delivery.
9. Your new car: Congratulations! You become the owner of a quality car from the European Auction with a guarantee.
